Help - My Code Isnt Working
If you believe that the code you received is not working please follow the steps outlined below:For all codes
1. Please ensure you are typing the code in exactly as it appears in the image. It is easy to confuse characters such as an 8 with a B, so be extra careful here. This solves 99% of all problems.If you are having trouble with an Xbox code:
2. Log into your Gamertag on xbox.com. In the 'My account' button on right hand side, check that your contact information corresponds to the region of code you bought. If you bought an EU points card, your Gamertag country needs to be set within the EU. If you bought a USA points card, your address needs to be registered in the USA. It is not possible to change your country once it has been set.3. Attempt to redeem the code online on xbox.com. While logged into your Gamertag, click 'Add Microsoft Points' and 'Redeem code'. Enter the code exactly as it appears. If the code is still not redeeming, include the error message that xbox.com give at this stage.
